Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Are you insured?
A.Yes! Brazos Bounce is fully insured. If you are a corporation or church or need proof of insurance we will be happy to email you a copy of our Certificate of Insurance.
Q.Where can the bounce houses be set up?
A.Our units can be set up on any level area whether it is grass, cement, or asphalt. The area should be clean and cleared of all debris. The unit will normally be placed on a tarp for added protection and always secured down for safety. *** Please tell us ahead of time if the unit will need to be set up on cement or asphalt as this will require a different anchoring system.
Q.Are your bounce houses safe?
A.Yes! Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions and a responsible adult is present at all times the unit is in use.
Q.What are my responsibilities?
A.You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.
Q.When is the payment due?
A.50% deposit due to reserve your date. Payment is due in full upon delivery. We accept Cash, Credit Card, or PayPal. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
Q.How much room do I need?
A.An area that is at least 2 feet larger than the unit on all sides. The unit should be placed away from pools or waterfronts. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the unit. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.
Q.What kind of power do I need?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Q.Do I have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the Bounce House the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That is why we require a designated outlet within 50 feet of the unit. Longer cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q.Where do you deliver?
A.We currently deliver to most of Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Stafford, and parts of Katy. We will be expanding our area of operations as we grow. We can deliver to areas farther away for a small fee. Please inquire for exact pricing.
Q.What if it rains or is to windy?
A.If it's raining or to windy we can not set up a bounce house. You will not be charged and will receive a full refund if we have to cancel due to weather. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, there are no refunds.
